Come and join Ballet-Fit for gentle dance movement set to beautiful music.

Proven benefits to improve posture, balance, easing joints and strengthening arms and legs.

The exercises have been put together to make a unique programme that is totally different giving the body increased flexibility. Clare trained as a ballet dancer and therefore understands how important it is to teach the correct exercise as you grow older.
